Hi Everyone!, Eventhough I work out a lot, I still have this warbly weird stuff under my thigh skin. It seems to be every where. Any way, I thought I would do a just fruits and veggies diet for 10 days. I am doing this for wellness reasons. Would you like to do this with me? If so leave your info. e-mail, phone etc. I figure the weird stuff will be history and the muscle should be fine. I refuse to lose my hard earned, fat burning muscle. Sooooo any takers for this challenge? Starts in August and it is just blending your fruits and veggies in a really good blender made for this type of diet.
