The real truth about your health

Hello health conscious individuals,

I just watched a great documentary about nutrition and the truth about cancer treatment.  Although I am already acutely aware of the truth about our conventional treatments of this, and many other diseases I wonder how to reach the public when every organization and hospital will mostly, and very strongly, back conventional treatments.  
  Do you know anyone with cancer or any other degenerative disease?  Do you know anyone on medications?  If you do and you care, what do you have to lose in doing some research into the truth.  Just compare real results.  I don't call a cancer survivor someone who survives 5 years of excrutiating, debilitating, invasive treatments, then dies right after.  I don't think it's living when the cancer comes back and the chemotherapy starts all over.  I don't think dying in a hospital bed the last years of your life is living.  Not when eating right can help, cure or prevent these diseases from happening.  I know that some diseases are still going strike no matter how vigilant the diet.  But diet helps and it's been proven.  I can only hope that even just one person will take a look at alternatives to chemotherapy, surgery and radiation.  This documentary DYING TO HAVE KNOWN says it all and much more articulately than I ever could.  It is an unbiased real look at the GERSON THERAPY.  When you look at their survival rate you are looking at a much higher survival rate with an inexpensive cure.  Yes CURE for cancer and almost all other degenerative diseases. And the quality of life is indisputably better than conventional medicine. We are the sickest we've ever been in history.  Our children are expected to live 10 years less than us.  The first time ever that the next generation life expectancy is going DOWN.  Something is very WRONG.
The U.S. is at the very top of the CHARTS as the wealthiest and sickest country.  WHY?

summer updates

Hello All,
Beach sprints are no longer happening until further notice.  Groups begin to disappear with summer activities and so we will break until a good group forms in the fall.  I am looking forward to adding a new Body Pump instructor to our schedule and if we have a demand we will add more classes.  we are also in the process of adding the Monday Zumba to Second Story Studios in the fall but I will keep you posted on which class nite will be available.  May not be Monday.  Please ask if you have any questions here or on my facebook page jordonstudio.  I will have some personal training openings within the next 2 weeks if you are interested in making a physical change in your body.

TIP OF THE DAY-

Drink more water and add lemon to the water.  Drink at least 10 - 8 oz. glasses of water a day and more if you drink coffee or alcohol.  Don't leave your cells dehydrated, how in world are the cells supposed to do their jobs if their isn't any hydration to help them bounce around.  The cells end up like raisins with no way to communicate or heal the body in response to everyday living, the pollutants, toxins and stress,which all work against wellness. At least try hydrating your body and see what happens.  You will probably lose 3 lbs of weight just because you added the extra water.  No you will not retain water unless you do not drink enough.  Then the body panics and holds onto every single oz. of water that it can.  So drink up and feel well, feel the body release retained water and watch as everything fits better from rings to shoes and belts.  Water also assists in getting rid of toxins in the body.  Drink up!!!

10 Easy tips to weight loss

Hey everyone!

Would you like to know how to lose weight one habit at a time?  It really works this way.  This is what I do when you join a weight loss program.  At the end of six weeks you should be 10 to 12 lbs thinner with some beautiful muscle developing some awesome cuts in your muscle.  You know what I mean.  The rippling trim arms, defined legs and butt.  AWESOME.   First tip- Eat 5-6 small meals a day (salad plate size) for a week.  Do not eat until you are full!!!  Always have room for 1/2 a large apple.  Really.  You will be eating again in 2 1/2 to 3 hours so you are fine. Get used to this.  Your body will love you for it and you'll stop crashing in the middle of the day.  There is a lot more to this nutrition program so this is just a little tip for you.  Develop this habit first. Stay tuned for 2nd habit next week.

Hi Everyone!,
Eventhough I work out a lot, I still have this warbly weird stuff under my thigh skin.  It seems to be every where.  Any way,  I thought I would do a just fruits and veggies diet for 10 days. I am doing this for wellness reasons.  Would you like to do this with me?  If so leave your info.  e-mail, phone etc. I figure the weird stuff will be history and the muscle should be fine.  I refuse to lose my hard earned, fat burning muscle.  Sooooo any takers for this challenge? Starts in August and it is just blending your fruits and veggies in a really good blender made for this type of diet.  My blender is the one by Montel Williams- The Health Master blender and it rocks!  We will have a meeting before beginning so please make sure to leave your information.  To your health!!  (Details Soon)
