Hi my name is Jeanine Jordon,
I am a body transformation coach. I've been successfully helping men and women get into better shape and lose the body fat they want to live life fully mobile and glowingly healthy. Over the 10 years I have found some clear and proven ways to help you lose weight and gain strength.
Here are some tips to get you started right now!
1. Not a big secret but drink the 10 eight oz. glasses of filtered water (not fluoridated, chlorinated, prescription medicated tap water) add some Celtic sea salt to a couple of the glasses for some electrolites and add some lemon to filter your liver and kidneys.
2. Sit quietly for 10 minutes every single morning. Just do this, doesn't have to be morning but then it's done, right?
3. Visualize the life you want in the body you want while you sit quietly. Breathe in through the nose and fill your lungs, the belly should protrude as you inhale. Exhale through the nose until the lungs are completely empty. This breathing calms your brain and body putting you into a more creative state!
4.Walk! 10,000 steps a day or more. If you are lucky enough to have working legs then use them. Can you imagine leaving a Ferrari just sitting in a garage? It will stop running one day. Just saying keep running your body by just walking
5. Do you really think GMO foods are okay? Really? Really? The pesticides are forced into the plant's cell walls, so are the wrong genes. Do you want to eat Frankenstein food? How about food designed to rupture insects stomachs? Now, compare when IBS, and leaky gut, Celiac's disease, allergies to food, etc., started becoming everyday digestive problems. It perfectly coincides with GMO's and their insidious introduction into our food supply- corn, wheat, canola, zucchini, pineapples, soy, potatoes, papayas, sugar beets, it sadly goes on and on, and is in almost everything processed and packaged or canned.
6. Eat organic and locally raised food. You do not want to ingest glyphosates, etc. nor do you want to eat them through your protein source. Most animals eat GMO grains (grains fatten the animal) and this makes them sick, so most if not all animals in large feed lots are given medications and antibiotics. Just this will increase your level of health.
7.Mostly eat vegetables, moderate amount of protein and good fats- Olive Oil, Avocados, Avocado Oil, Coconut Oil, Krill oil or good clean source of omega 3 fatty acids, nuts and seeds (sprouted) stay away from refined carbs and cut way back on sugar. Exercise to earn a starchy carb or whole grain.
8. Do 25-50 squats immediately before consuming a meal you know is going to increase blood sugar. That would be refined foods- chips, pasta, crackers, bread, bagels, anything packaged, sugar foods-cereals, cookies, cake, doughnuts, candy......you get it. You body is better able to handle these foods with this blast of exercise. We become more insulin sensitive, this is good
9.Pool with organic coconut oil about 10 to 20 minutes. Swish around in your mouth or just let it sit over your teeth. Coconut oil can destroy bad bacteria in the gums and on the teeth, actually can heal the gums.
Floss every day. You will be so happy you did! And smile more :)
10. Love yourself. Seriously. How? Above are very loving habits to start with. Do this for you. If you are not taking care of yourself you will not be able to help yourself or others you care about. You are a miracle. You are extremely powerful. Believe in you and just start here. This is only the tip of the ice berg but it's the most powerful charge up the hill you can have without going all biohacking, stem cell injecting, vegan preaching, PX90, cross fit obsessed mess. Unless of course you want to. Then I'm all about it, done correctly :)

I am in the body transformation business. I am a Precision Nutrition Coach Pn1, and proud to be a part of such an innovative online coaching business. We specialize in Sports Nutrition. So how the most nutrient dense foods can help you perform optimally or how to get the best results in your own individual time with your unique body and genetics taken into consideration. so we use science based, proven techniques to inspire a real body transformation that will last you your lifetime, which I am sure will be long and robust in a vibrant body with just a few new and easy habits to develop.
We make the baby steps doable. I want to gift you a few important habits that I hope you take to heart, because really, it is about opening your heart and loving who you are.
Firstly- develop the habit of drinking 8-10 cups of filtered water during your day. Have a 1/2 to whole lemon juiced into the glasses. So 1/2 lemon spread through the 10 cups. The lemon alkalizes the body on the inside - pretty cool right? It helps to keep the body's pH more alkaline so the body does not have to rob the calcium from bones and teeth.
Secondly- First meal Drink a green smoothie and always rotate the greens. I have a bullet and it makes a smooth smoothie. 1 pear 1 stalk of celery, 2 Cups of spinach, chard, kale, romaine, baby greens etc. of choice, 1/2 cup of berries and filtered water to consistency you like. Squeeze of lemon. Yes you can change it all up but try to stick to berries, pear or apple. This is also alkalizing and adds some prebiotics to feed your micro biome-the powerhouse to your immune system- You are now avoiding inflammation in the body- the root cause of all disease- Yes, that is right. Try this 2 times a week about 12 oz. and work up to 5 times a week or even 7!
There, just doing that will help improve your health and your attitude by quite a lot. Of course I am not a doctor and if you are under a Doctor's care or on medication you must speak to your doctor for permission to make a change in your diet. But this is just food and water. Very simple.
Move a little more. Get the fitbit and go for 10,000 steps or just take the stairs and get out of the chair and do something, even if it's just walking with knee highs or jumping jacks. Do some push ups against a wall. Move- Sitting is the new smoking and obese related illnesses are at epidemic levels.
Cut back on soda, added sugar and refined carbs. Just cut back- no big deal. Above gives you most of the vegetables and fiber you need in a day.

All held up by details of how to get started on a new exercise program? Or restarting an old one? Doing is so much more powerful than over thinking and waiting to be fully prepared. Don't think, just go for a walk or jog. Do that old exercise DVD. It was a best seller for a reason!
I'm starting a new exercise program today. It lasts 15 minutes. That's it. Also incorporating the ketogenic diet but adapted to my lifestyle. That is how my clients are going to do it too. I am using intermittent fasting as I have talked about- Dr. Jason Fung's book-Complete Guide To Fasting- is very very good for understanding these processes.
Here is what we are doing today. Just in case you are wondering about how others are getting started on a system that includes meditation (down the road a little) nutrition and exercise.
First thing 8 oz lemon water. Second 5:45 am. Bullet Proof coffee(look up on youtube)
9 am - Running a 30 ft. dune at the beach( 15 minutes on dunes), all sorts of ways. Backward, relays, straight up the side, making it fun!
Then,10:45 am. some jerky by country Archer, grass fed beef, 1 oz.
Making a broccoli cheese soup for lunch at 11:45 am. Coconut Cream, cheese and broccoli,
Some onion and spices- yummm!
Next meal bone broth or just chicken broth 1 cup.
Dinner will be pork ribs made with my homemade bbq sauce and lakanto for the sweetener - non gmo, no calories, no sugar spikes- and grilled or fried zucchini with a salad.
And I try not to let anything or anyone get under my skin all day, and when I get really good at it, I get the big challenges without all the drama of fight or flight emotions that would torment me and hopefully earn bigger rewards.
It's a skill I'm constantly working on ( meditation has been huge) and actually making progress! From rude drivers to forgotten bills, to errands I don't like to do. Just let it go, live in the moment. Focus on what you want. Where's by Black Jeep Grand Cherokee by the way, Law of Attraction? Kidding. OTW

Waz up people!,
Been a long time since I posted. Working long hours and computer took a crap! So I've been very busy with trainings, new programs and testing LCHF diet on my people and myself. If you want to try eating low carb high fat diet you should read Dr. Fung's book on intermittent fasting and the keto diet. All benefits and how to's and whys are in there. Then Dr. Mercola is very strict and successful with his way of eating when you have challenging health issues or just want to jump start your body .
I first watched them both talk on youtube then I ended up buying their books and other great books that I'll talk about later.
Now for the good stuff. Intermittent fasting and keto way of eating have these benefits and more.
8.Learn how to Burn your fat stores!
Sounds pretty great right? Definitely worth a try. Fat stores cannot be burned if you are burning carbs as your energy source. Every time you eat it spikes insulin. When insulin is present you cannot cannot cannot burn fat. Most of us are carb burners and sadly just burn our 2000 to 2200 calories of stored carbs, while the 60,000 plus, way plus in some cases, of fat stores stays sitting in storage on our hips, waists, stomachs, legs, arms, necks, faces, feet. My program coming in fall 2017 will be a guided program on how to become a fat burner! and the workouts are a phenomenal 15 min. 4 times a week! I know you have time for that. So easy to follow, time friendly and finance friendly. Can't wait to post a sample day. And I'll post my new test group's trials and tribulations on their journey to freedom from the yo yo crap dieting that never works. NEVER.
Diets have a 99% failure rate! Because they don't work.
You need to understand how the body works and every single person is different. So you need to learn how to tweak the program to fit you and your life.
How does 11 a.m. Denver omelet sound for breakfast or a berry smoothie, 3 pm. Lunch broccoli cheese soup and 6:30 dinner steak with artichoke and mayo and a big salad? That's just one sample day of eating keto and intermittent fasting for 16 hours of no eating and 8 hours of eating.

Today I would like to talk about training in a small studio. In the 800 sq. ft studio we run, our clients get the most out of their workouts because it's one on one with Personal
Trainings or 2 on the group for bigger class transformation groups.
We do safe moves with lots of attention to form. I think this is where we really excel and get the results people are looking for in their work outs. We also study the cutting edge new exercises to decide if they really are safe and or effective because we don't want to waste your time. Then we add our creativity to the idea of the move and make it Jordon Studio exclusive. No one else will be doing them because we make them up in a fun and responsible effort to please.
Exercise all you want but unless you are running miles you will not lose weight. That would be nutrition. What you choose to put in your body. It is a choice. Is it a conscious choice? Or just habit. We go about it very very simply. For example your first habit to develop that would better your body would be 1 cup of warm filtered water with lemon juice from organic fruit. That's it. Then 8-10 cups *8oz. a day . We get more technical as you can handle it.
Mostly cut out foods that jet up your blood glucose and see how you feel after 2 weeks. Just that can turn your whole world around. Health is everything. One of the richest most successful men in the world would rather have had health and happiness than money. This list is probably longer than you can imagine.
The 12 Week Program is going very well. It is not an easy program but if you see someone doing the exercises is give you the confidence to do it. Our latest feat by a B by J er was a 10 with 8.6 min. miles!! wow. Smashed the goal of 55 min. This is a woman that went from just above beginner fitness level to athlete. We are so proud of the achievements here and the people that trust us to help them reach real fitness goals.

I would like to suggest some habits and wellness tips for the beginning of the year. Staying fit really isn't that difficult at all. Most people make it more difficult in their heads.
I have to take all that time to get to the gym, studio, park etc
How much time did you take to watch the boob tube? What did you learn? Did this time make you feel better?
We sit in front of electronic devices more than we think and yes the phone counts! Seriously document this time. For one week. Every time you get on a device track your time. Do it. Open your eyes to the loss of valuable time.
Now take those hours and put them toward shopping for vegetables and fruits, exercise and meditation. 3 very simple things, simple but not easy. It's a decision. Are you tired? Sick? Sick and tired. Make that decision to end this cycle of deterioration of the body and mind. Try these simple suggestions.
I promise you, you will like you a whole lot more. If you like you a whole lot more guess what, people will like you too.
Learn about the green smoothie. There are millions of recipes out there. I like Kim Snyder, she is a famous nutritionist and her green smoothie is a great start. Her book The Beauty Detox Solution is a great start for any one. Drink green smoothie everyday. Add ingredients that you like. Know what they can do for your body. Did you know certain plants can tighten your skin? Kill off cancer cells? Fire up your immune system. Make your gut work-this is your immune system by the way-
Do you think a bagel with cream cheese, potato chips, Taco Bell, beer, pie is a good live vibrant food to put into your body? Any food that you cannot pronounce and did not come from the earth is not a good choice. Think of food as how you would like to look. Live food is gorgeous, plump, glowing and alive with energy, everything we want and need, right?
It smells and tastes great. Write down how you feel when you eat fruits and vegetables.
Reconnect with real food not dead food. And why would you kill this awesome life giving food with a microwave? You are not saving time you are destroying nutrients that your body wanted to use to repair and heal from. Now it has dead nutrients that cannot be used and your body will CRAVE more food. Same goes for processed, chemical laden man made food.
Get off the cycle and feed yourself real plant based food most of the time. You will feel and look better. Here are the most basic tips. Go ahead put your toe in the water and I hope this leads to a big cannon ball into your wellness journey!
1. Drink a green smoothie work up to 8 oz. everyday.
2. Drink 10 8oz .glasses of filtered water with organic lemon squeezed into each glass.
3. Eat 5-6 times a day mini meals eg. 6am green smoothie, 8am egg and veg. scramble 11am- Salad with at least 2 veg. raw apple cider vinegar and olive oil, 2:pm- choc. smoothie with raw cacao dates frozen banana peanut butter and T flax seed oil Dinner salad 10 min. later eat your lean protein and or vegetables have grains if you did not have a protein. Get creative have a curry rice and veggies, or sirloin steak with artichoke etc.
4. Take a plant based probiotic or eat raw fermented veg. (healthy gut, healthy immune system)
5. Take omega 3 fatty acid source. Fish oil of good quality work up to 2 T a day.
1 .Plank work up to 1 min
2 .Push ups work up to 10 toes
3. Jumping jacks 1 min. even if you have to rest
4. Abs- oblique bicycle on back 1 min
5. Meditate- Sit quietly for 10 min. when you get up and before bedtime. That's it.
.Do any exercise that you enjoy for 30 sec. vigorously: Eg. Run, Bike, Swim or the ones above.
Here is an example of a beginner workout.
(mountain climbers rest 30 Run in place 30 sec. rest. chair body squats (sit it chair then stand) repeat until you are able to do 12 30-30's in a row. Do this every day start with 3 min. work up to 12 min.
and you will be fit. Change up the exercises as you get more fit.
Simple but not easy. It is a mind set, a decision. No one can influence this decision. When you feel this way about this change, you are ready and nothing and no one can get in your way.......

GMO'S are very scientific and confusing which explains why so many people ignore the warnings as just hype. GM food is everywhere. If it is made or grown in the US and it is not labeled organic or non-GMO FOOD then it is probably GMO. Even baby formula has GMO's in them and scientists are linking this food with many serious illnesses that have not been seen in children, Digestive problems, behavioral problems, diabetes, autism etc. etc.Well there are very real scientific studies that Monsanto and the giant money hungry corporations have buried and they also fired and smeared the scientist that they hired to see how GMO's effected the food. Why? Because GM food causes huge problems in the animals eating the food. First of all some of the plants are produced to kill insects that may feed on them. The insecticide protein that the plant now produces will disintegrate the stomachs of insects. Um, we're eating that protein.
The studies show that the mice on GM food had liver, intestinal and testicle malformations. The tests go on from there, and the findings are horrific. I would like to give you a site that puts it all out there for you to make your own decision. This is a top priority for me and I hope anyone else that has taken the time to learn about this extremely important information. You may truly be a superhero in stopping a process that can destroy humanity as we know it. Motivation to get started on some sort of weight loss or nutrition program can be tough. Especially about the 3rd week in. You've probably experienced the New Year's resolution excitement to frustration or seen it at the gyms as the huge crowds disappear by the end of the month instead of the end of the year. May I suggest a few DVD's that can be streamed from Netflix or rented? The Beautiful Truth, Forks over Knives and the Extended Forks Over Knives, Hungry for Change, Vegucation, The Gerson Miracle. Just one of these should motivate you to do one great thing to enhance your health right now.
You can give your body the life it deserves just by eating more vegetables and having a green smoothie or homemade juice everyday. Huge improvements in little things like energy, insomnia, irritability, skin color, dull hair or think about the big differences like lower cholesterol levels, lower blood sugar, arthritis getting better, all degenerative diseases halted or reversed in some cases. If you do not cherish your body and you eat the western diet- meat, dairy, processed foods and sugar based food then you will eventually get sick. The lack of fruits and vegetables in the diet really mean that you do not have the nutrients your body needs to heal itself or even just to nourish itself. Which it can do at a very high level with the right nutrients. It's miraculous! Just watch one of the DVD's I have suggested and then research further if you need more proof. The proof is out there you just have to know where to look!
